9. While standing in this position, start and use the Simple Mental Rotation App as described above.

10. When the App finishes, return to the chair and repeat using the App.

          ADVANCED  Tandem or “feet heel-to-toe” alignment.

1. Stand in a corner. Have your back facing the corner of the walls.  Do NOT touch the walls. Start with your feet shoulder width apart. Place your left foot forward, align the heel of your left foot with the toe of your right foot. 

2.  While standing in this position, start and use the Simple Mental Rotation App as described above.

4.Next stand in a corner. Have your back facing the corner of the walls.  Do NOT touch the walls. Start with your feet shoulder width apart. 

 5. While standing in this position, start and use the Simple Mental Rotation App as described above. 

 6. When the App finishes, return to the chair and repeat using the App. 

7. When finished, return to the standing position in the corner. 

8. This time position you feet closer together.
