Finding Relief From Spine Pain

Spinal Stenosis and Herniated Discs require specialized treatment, if you want to avoid back surgery. Spinal decompression can help!

What is spinal Stenosis?

When you look at an MRI of a patient with spinal stenosis (image top right), it reminds you of  a corroded water pipe.  Lumbar stenosis occurs when arthritis grows inside the spine and forms “corrosion” partially blocking the holes in the spine where the nerves exit.  This causes compression of the nerves which produces any combination of numbness and/or pain in the back, buttocks, hips, thighs or legs.  Most doctors recommend surgery for spinal stenosis, but non-surgical nerve decompression may be possible.  You owe it to yourself to find out more about stenosis treatment options BEFORE you submit to surgery.
